Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Niche membership community! Since we opened our doors, our intention has been to create a unique experience for our clients that is welcoming, focused on thoughtful movement, and tailored to what our clients need each time they walk in the door. If you are signing up for membership, here’s what you need to know.

Niche Membership

  1. Membership fees vary and are dependent on credit tier (see Memberships page for all membership options).

  2. Memberships require a 6-month commitment* and automatically renews at the end of each 6-month period.

  3. Credits can be applied to any group class or semi-private to private session.

  4. Credits reset every month on date of sign up and do not roll over.

  5. All purchases, including starter and drop-in packages are non-refundable.

  6. Late arrival and less than 10-hour cancellation will result in loss of credit(s).

  7. Membership terms and fees may be subject to change, and you will be notified to any changes to terms and conditions.

  8. Cancellations require a 30-day written notice sent via email to hello@nichefitstudio.com.

Benefits

FREE GUEST: Members are allowed to bring (1) free guest a month using a member-exclusive code that is emailed monthly via our member newsletter.

ADVANCED BOOKING: Members are able to book classes 60-days in advance.

NICHE-ON-DEMAND: Members receive free access to an exclusive, online library of Mat and Reformer exercises that can be used at home or on-the-go. This is available through bsport.

MEMBER-ONLY CLASSES: Free member-only classes are available every month.

CREDIT OVERAGE DISCOUNT: Members receive an overage discount when all monthly credits have been used: $30 for (2) credits and $15 for (1) credit. These are available for purchase through bsport.

MONTHLY NEWSLETTER: Members also have the option to subscribe to a monthly member-only newsletter where members receive exclusive discounts and early updates.

*PAUSE ON MEMBERSHIPS: Members have the option to pause their membership when requested. Requests must be sent through to hello@nichefitstudio.com.

MEMBERSHIP REFERRAL: Refer a friend to a Niche membership and members will receive a $20 gift card to Blanchard’s.

Studio Policies

CANCELLATIONS: We require a 10-hour cancellation notice prior to the class’s start time. Cancellations may be done through bsport. Cancellations past the 10-hour time period will result in loss of credit(s).

LATE ARRIVAL: For existing clients, we allow a 5-minute grace period for arrival. Past the grace period will result in loss of credit(s). For new clients, we request you arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time to ensure our Client Experience Team and your instructor reviews studio policies and safety procedures.

NO-PHONE POLICY: We want to give the best experience to our clients and ensure they feel safe in our space and minimize disruptions. Please keep your phone safely in a bag or coat pocket (coat racks are available in the lobby).

REFUNDS: We do not offer any refunds for any purchases. Drop-ins and packages are only valid for 30 days. Please make sure to use these credits prior to the expiration date.

Liability Waiver

At Niche, our promise to our clients is a safe and welcoming environment, for all Pilates movers at all levels. Niche Pilates instructors are all trained and certified to guide students to ensure our clients’ safety and prevent injuries throughout class. However, clients and members must comply with all studio policies and guidelines, including safety instructions and proper equipment use. Clients and members assume all risk, and Niche Pilates Studio will not be held responsible for any injuries resulting of improper use of equipment, including Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel equipment.
