NICHE PILATES STUDIO FAQ
What can I expect when I arrive for my first class?
When you arrive, our Client Experience Team will greet you and will help check you in. We have hooks for bags and coats as well as cubbies for shoes. We have a “no phone” policy so as not to disturb other clients during class.
We also ask that you please arrive 10 minutes early if you’re a new client. We do not allow new clients to enter a class if the class has started.
I have never been on a Reformer before. Can I still join?
YES! We recommend starting with a Beginner class, which we host every Saturday at 11:30am.
What do I wear to class?
We recommend wearing longer length athletic pants or leggings and an athletic t-shirt or tank top. Instructors can see your form and alignment best in form fitted clothing.
For reformer classes, you may also wear grip socks, which are available for purchase at our studio.
Is there parking?
We have a parking lot available on the NW corner of Main St. and Plum St., across Beauvine Burger Concept. Click here to see where! There is also free street parking around the studio.
How do I schedule a class?
You can schedule a class here, but we recommend downloading the bsport app, create an account, and log in! This is also the best way to stay up-to-date on our schedule should our schedule change.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
We will have mats and mat covers ready for you, but you can bring your own if you prefer!
