We offer a wide range of services and classes, from beginner to advanced Pilates movers! Classes include mat, reformer and Pilates equipment, and private and semi-private sessions.
MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates offers a profound connection to your movements, utilizing only your body and a few simple props. This practice engages your muscles in unique ways, distinct from the experience on a reformer or other equipment. Through Mat Pilates, you become innately aware and fully in tune with your body.
MOVE: Move Mat Pilates classes combines the core principles of Pilates and the unique integration of fascial lines. You can expect a fluid class with traditional Pilates and function movement that seamlessly connects, ensuring a harmonious flow that challenges and invigorates every muscle group.
Designed for individuals of all experience levels, our class offers tailored options, making it accessible for beginners and challenging for seasoned practitioners.
*We recommend taking Move Mat if this is your first mat Pilates class.
ENDURANCE: Endurance Mat Pilates class is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to go beyond traditional Pilates, focusing on muscle hypertrophy, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular endurance to leave you feeling strong and invigorated.
Niche instructors will guide you through a series of exercises that strengthen your entire body, elevate your heart rate, and increase your overall endurance. You can expect intentional fast-paced transitions and energizing Pilates-based movements. This class will transform your strength and stamina.
REFORMER PILATES
Niche offers group Reformer Pilates classes 7 days a week. Below you can learn more about our 4 different class offerings. If you are new to Reformer, we recommend that you start with our beginner class then explore our other class types.
BEGINNER: Our beginner's Pilates reformer class is for first-timers and those who are looking to refine their technique. Guided by an instructor, participants learn foundational exercises that focus on core strength, flexibility, and alignment.
The class emphasizes controlled movements, proper breathing techniques, and individualized adjustments to ensure safe and effective practice. Designed to accommodate beginners with varying fitness levels, offering a structured approach to build strength, improve posture, and enhance overall body awareness.
FLOW: Flow is rooted in the core principles of Pilates and Niche’s original class format, designed to focus on strength, flexibility, and balance. The class flows seamlessly from one movement to the next, creating a dynamic and engaging experience. Our dedicated instructors prioritize alignment and form, ensuring you perform each exercise safely and effectively. With options provided for all experience levels, our tailored class planning with a clear intention, will ensure you gain the benefits of mindful movement.
POWER FLOW: The Power Flow class at Niche is an exhilarating experience designed to take your Pilates practice to the next level. This dynamic class offers a full-body workout with a focus on faster transitions, ensuring a continuous and challenging flow of movements. With options to add resistance, Power Flow pushes your strength boundaries, making it ideal for those seeking a class with the Pilates principles-elevated. Expect to be engaged in creative Reformer exercises that elevate your heart rate, making this Niche's most challenging Pilates class.

STRENGTH: Strength is a Reformer class designed to build muscle and enhance stability through controlled, intentional movement. While maintaining the seamless flow Niche is known for, this class incorporates increased resistance, dumbbells, and Reformer-based exercises inspired by traditional strength training. Expect slow, focused movements that challenge your muscles, improve stability, and support healthy bones. Our expert instructors prioritize alignment and form, ensuring you execute each exercise safely and effectively. With thoughtful sequencing and a clear intention, Strength delivers a full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, supported, and confident.
EQUIPMENT PILATES
We offer small group Reformer Tower as well as dynamic circuit-based classes using the Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel. Pilates props and a variety of equipment will be used in all of our class formats.
*We recommend having at least 10 Reformer classes or prior Reformer experience before joining.
TOWER: Our Tower class offers a personalized, intimate experience with a limited group of just 3 participants, ensuring focused attention and guidance throughout each session. In this class, we build on classical Pilates principles, refining your form and technique with the Tower apparatus. The Tower adds a unique challenge to enhance flexibility, strength, and body alignment, with an emphasis on controlled, precise movements. Perfect for those looking to deepen their practice, this class helps improve core stability and overall flexibility in a supportive, small-group setting.
CADILLAC, CHAIR, BARREL: Our Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel class provides a focused and effective workout in a small group setting, limited to just 3 participants. This dynamic circuit-style class flows through each apparatus, offering a comprehensive, full-body workout. The variety in exercises keeps things engaging while emphasizing breath control, movement precision, and body awareness. With individualized instruction, this class is designed to deepen your practice and thoughtfully challenge your body in a balanced, mindful way.
*Modifications and amplifications are provided by instructors during class. Late cancel policy is 10 hours prior to the class start time. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled for class. We offer a five minute grace period for returning clients but do strongly recommend early arrival. All new clients must arrive before class begins.
PRIVATE / SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES
Private Sessions and Semi-Private sessions allow for the instructor to have the ability to accommodate you and your specific goals. Our instructors are trained to work with a wide variety of clients from general health, strengthening, improvement of balance and coordination to athletes, dancers, pre- and post-natal clients, and so much more!
