Our online program is flexible, allowing you to complete your training at your own pace. You’ll start with the Foundations course before moving into your specific coursework. Each module is thoughtfully organized, includes an open-book quiz, and builds on the previous one to guide your learning step by step.
All coursework is fully virtual and includes everything you need to become a skilled Pilates instructor.
For in-person training, you’ll gain hands-on experience and real-time feedback in a collaborative studio setting. The Mat program includes three days of in-person training, and the Reformer program includes five.
Online students move directly from coursework into practice hours. In-person students are encouraged to schedule a few practice hours each week to continue developing their skills.
All coursework and practice hours must be completed to be eligible for test out.

Testing out is purely optional! For students who are more aligned with the goal to learn versus the goal to teach, you don’t have to test out. Instructor training is a great way to help you understand your body and movement on a deeper level and we’re always here to support a learning opportunity!
If you elect to not test out, access to material is removed after 18 months. You are not required to pass your test out to maintain access to our material.
