Growing With Intention: Introducing Our New Leadership & Team Roles at Niche

At Niche, growth has never been about becoming bigger for the sake of it. It has always been about becoming more intentional. More supportive. More connected.

As our community continues to deepen and expand, so does the care behind the scenes. We are excited to share a series of role updates that reflect how Niche is evolving with clarity, purpose, and heart. These roles honor the work already happening every day and allow us to continue creating a studio and education experience that feels grounded, welcoming, and thoughtfully led.

Jaclyn – Executive Director of Strategy & Team Leadership

Jaclyn’s role as Executive Director of Strategy & Team Leadership supports the long-term vision of Niche as both a Pilates studio and education hub, in Richmond and online. She helps ensure that the Niche experience remains consistent, welcoming, and deeply aligned across every touchpoint.

By overseeing department leaders, supporting cross-team communication, and guiding strategic growth, Jaclyn creates the structure that allows our team to do their best work. Her leadership keeps Niche moving forward with intention, ensuring that decisions support both our people and the community we serve.

Emily – Curriculum & Instructor Development Manager

Emily supports the creation, teaching, and ongoing refinement of Niche’s training curriculums. Her work includes writing and updating educational content, teaching instructor training in person, and collaborating closely with the Education Team to evolve existing programs.

Through this role, Emily helps ensure that Niche education stays relevant, thoughtful, and grounded in how instructors truly teach and learn, always focused on intentional movement and positive cueing.

Sabrina – Lead Instructor & Education Coordinator

Sabrina’s role highlights the leadership she brings to the instructor team every day. As Lead Instructor & Education Coordinator, she supports instructor growth through quarterly mentoring plans, regular class feedback, collaborative teaching support, and education content creation.

She attends classes weekly to provide guidance, participates in instructor reviews, films NIT content, and leads mentoring sessions. Her presence supports consistency, confidence, and continued learning across the instructor team, reinforcing a culture rooted in growth and connection.

Savannah – Marketing & Programming Manager

Savannah’s role bridges what happens inside the studio with how Niche shows up in the world. As Marketing & Programming Manager, she blends thoughtful marketing strategy with intentional class and program development.

This alignment ensures that what clients experience in class feels seamlessly reflected in our messaging, visuals, and communications. Her work strengthens authenticity, clarity, and the sense of belonging that defines the Niche experience.

Lauren – Marketing Assistant

Supporting this work, Lauren contributes to social media, blogs, content creation, video preparation, and creative projects. She assists with data reporting and campaign execution, helping ideas move from concept to reality.

Lauren’s role adds momentum and care to Niche’s marketing efforts, supporting storytelling that feels warm, clear, and true to who we are.

Sierra – Client Experience & Engagement Manager

Sierra ensures that every client feels welcomed, supported, and guided from the moment they connect with Niche. As Client Experience & Engagement Manager, her focus is on personalized service, thoughtful onboarding, and long-term relationship building.

Through retention strategies and community care, Sierra helps clients feel confident, seen, and at home, whether it’s their first visit or their hundredth.

Kate – Lead Client Experience Team (CET)

As Lead CET, Kate supports and guides the Client Experience Team to ensure consistency, warmth, and excellence across all client interactions. She acts as a bridge between the CET, studio management, and leadership, helping communication flow clearly and standards remain strong.

Her role supports a hospitality-driven experience that reflects Niche’s values at every point of contact.

Looking Ahead

These role updates reflect our commitment to investing in people, creating supportive systems, and growing with intention. We are deeply proud of this team and grateful for the care, expertise, and presence they bring to Niche each day.

As we continue to evolve, we remain grounded in what matters most: building a thoughtful, inclusive Pilates community rooted in education, intentional movement, and meaningful connection.
