Core Work for a Cause: Donation-Based Mat Pilates Class to Support Beagles & Bentleys

If you have been a part of the Niche community, then you know that we are in love with our pets (and love to hear about yours before and after class)! We were so excited to host Beagles & Bentleys, a local nonprofit dedicated to rescuing and rehoming all breeds in need, at Niche for two donation based Move Mat Pilates classes. This heartwarming event raised approximately $860 - all of which goes directly to Beagles & Bentleys! Weren’t able to make it to the class? Our Move Mat pilates class is designed for all levels - even beginners! This class format blends classic Pilates exercises with our signature Niche flow. Stretch, strengthen, and center yourself with classic Pilates moves, and for those that were able to attend, we practiced our favorite moves while a furry friend found a cozy spot on the mat, as well. 

Beagles & Bentleys, originally founded in 2021, was created to be inclusive of all breeds and cultivate a positive adoption process! Dogs in need are cared for in a foster-home until they find their forever home! What makes this model so special? It provides excellent insight into what type of forever home the dog will thrive in. Beagles & Bentley’s influence is widespread in RVA with just over 100 dogs (and a few cats!) in foster care at one time. Curious about getting involved? There are so many ways that don’t include fostering or adoption (although, those are options too!) Any donation of supplies or financial support, transporting dogs, and even sharing and reposting of social media channels is a great way to support this organization!
