Foundation
From injury recovery and perinatal care to longevity-focused movement, our instruction style is rooted in the anatomy of Pilates movement so that our instructors can meet each client where they are at every stage of life.
Cueing
We prioritize clear, intentional cueing to keep class flowing and clients engaged. Our instructors use positive, empowering language to help clients remain focused on intentional movement and deepen mind-body connection.
Planning
Instructors learn how to design group classes around clear themes that flow seamlessly for all client levels. You’ll gain the skills to plan and progress group sessions thoughtfully and effectively.

Foundations: Must be completed prior to in-person training dates. Foundations is included in your course.
Practice Teaching:
Structured, hands-on teaching practice to build confidence and competence.
Sequence planning for balanced classes across multiple skill levels.
Practice Hours:
Foundations: 6 hours
Mat online: 16 hours lecture, study, and practice
Mat practice hours: 75 hours
In-person training: 18 hours
In-Person Total: 115 hours
Online Total: 97 hours
Testing & Assessment:
Online quizzes (85% passing required).
Final test-out fee: $300 ($100 per component).
Retakes available for $100 per component.
Test-out eligibility valid for 18 months from program start.
