Ready to stay strong, centered, and motivated this summer? Our Summer Class Challenge is officially on! We’re inviting all our clients new and returning to take any 16 classes at Niche over the course of the month. Whether you're building a consistent Pilates practice, leveling up your strength, or exploring new class styles, this challenge is the perfect way to feel good in your body and stay moving all summer.
Here’s everything you need to know about the challenge and a breakdown of the classes you can choose from:
🧘 Mat Classes
We offer three different types of Mat classes throughout the week!
Move Mat
A great place to start or return to the fundamentals. Move combines the core principles of Pilates and the unique integration of fascial lines. You can expect a fluid class with traditional Pilates and function movement that seamlessly connects, ensuring a harmonious flow that challenges and invigorates every muscle group..
Endurance Mat
Endurance is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to go beyond traditional Pilates, focusing on muscle hypertrophy, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular endurance to leave you feeling strong and invigorated. Niche instructors will guide you through a series of exercises that strengthen your entire body, elevate your heart rate, and increase your overall endurance. You can expect intentional fast paced transitions and energizing Pilates based movements.
Circuit
Circuit blends Pilates and strength training principles, offering a fun and challenging workout. Clients will move through 4 circuits each 3 times through using props such as resistance bands, dumbbells and the Pilates ball.
✨ Reformer Classes
Our Reformer classes use spring resistance and a moving carriage to challenge your balance, build long, lean muscle, and increase mobility.
Reformer Flow
Flow is rooted in the core principles of Pilates and Niche’s original class format, Flow is designed to focus on strength, flexibility, and balance. The class flows seamlessly from one movement to the next, creating a dynamic and engaging experience. Our dedicated instructors prioritize alignment and form, ensuring you perform each exercise safely and effectively..
Reformer Power Flow
This dynamic class offers a full-body workout with a focus on faster transitions, ensuring a continuous and challenging flow of movements. With options to add resistance, Power Flow pushes your strength boundaries, making it ideal for those seeking a class with the Pilates principles-elevated.
✨Tower Classes
Our Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel Circuit class provides a focused and effective workout in a small group setting, limited to just 3 participants. This dynamic circuit-style class flows through each apparatus, offering a comprehensive, full-body workout. The variety in exercises keeps things engaging while emphasizing breath control, movement precision, and body awareness
✨Cadillac, Chair & Barrel Circuit
This small-group equipment circuit class gives you access to our full suite of Pilates apparatus: the Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel. You'll rotate between stations that build upper body strength, core control, flexibility, and dynamic balance. It’s an immersive experience for anyone wanting to explore the depth of classical Pilates.

Everyone who completes all 16 classes will receive a pair of grippy socks (we just got new ones in from lucky honey) and 2 class credits added to your account!
